A construction permit associated with a low-power TV station in Gadsden County, Fla., on the Florida-Georgia line, is trading hands.
The buyer is a Little Rock-based entity led by Julie Huang.
For $40,144 exactly, Huang’s Roseland Broadcasting is taking the license of W34EC-D in Chattahoochee, Fla., from CTB Spectrum Services LLC.
A deposit of $5,144 has been made by the buyer.
A $35,000 cash payment will be made at closing.
Serving as the broker, representing the seller, is Airwaves USA.
CTB is based in Snoqualmie, Wash., and is led by Vernon Fotheringham.
CTB’s legal counsel in this deal is Kathleen Victory of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth.
The buyer’s legal counsel is Aaron Shainis of Shainis & Peltzman.
